Built by hand, each bowl has its own personality, differing slightly from one to the next. Variations in form and the soft undulating rim create one of a kind pieces to treasure for years to come.
The outside texture is taken from a piece of kale. I made a flexible latex stamp from a piece of dinosaur kale that can be used repeatedly without wearing out.
Finished with a brown ceramic stain.
Handwashing recommended.
